What it is like to work at Challenger?

Our working environment is great. With an open plan layout, the office is always buzzing with activity.

We also offer fantastic development opportunities for all members willing to put the time in and progress. With structured learning opportunities, and dedicated staff to help you progress, Challenger are invested in your growth.

We are a social bunch! Between our annual Summer party and the Christmas do, we always make sure to find the time for fun and relaxation together.

 

COVID-19 Response

We have of course adapted the office over the course of 2020 to ensure the safety of our staff, implementing a number of changes. The office, although open-plan, now has a one-way system and all employees are temperature tested on their way in in the morning. We have strict rules around movement in the office for breaks etc., and hygiene requirements for shared areas and your own desk. Sanitiser is provided for all staff all around the office and social distancing is in place 24/7. All employees are set up for remote working where possible, and from September 2020 we will be enforcing a 60/40 rota for office/home working to limit the number of people in the office at one time. This way we can keep safe but still achieve some physical interaction with each other.
