What it is like to work at Challenger?

Our working environment is great. With an open plan layout, the office is always buzzing with activity.

We are a social bunch! Between our annual Summer party and the Christmas do, we always make sure to find the time for fun and relaxation together.

 

COVID-19 Response

We adapted our office over the course of 2020 to ensure the safety of our staff, implementing a number of changes. All employees are temperature tested on their way in in the morning, and the open-plan office now has a one-way system. We have strict rules around movement for breaks etc., and hygiene requirements for shared areas and your own desk. Sanitiser is provided for all staff and social distancing is in place 24/7. All employees are set up for remote working where possible and a 60/40 rota is currently in place for home/office work.
