Life at Challenger – Our 2021!

At the end of another difficult year we wanted to reflect on everything that went right in 2021. With it being our 30^th anniversary we had a lot going on!

We created some fancy new logos to show our pride at being around for 30 years and in the summer we decorated our office with balloons, pennants and banners to mark the occasion.

We continued to work more flexibly with the majority of staff embracing a hybrid model – improving work/life balance and reducing our impact on the environment with less commuting.

We launched Challenger Voice Studio.

We had our first sales meeting since 2019!

We acquired Synergy Business Consultants as part of our 5 year expansion plan. You can read all about it here.

We went to the Zoo as part of our 30^th celebrations – more on that here!

With the help of some amazing volunteers from Sustrans we planted 30 trees in the Deeside Triangle behind our office to celebrate 30 years of Challenger – check out our report and some action shots here!

After a year off we celebrated Christmas with a lovely meal at Carden Park Hotel.

And to finish off December we had a visit from Santa to distribute our Secret Santa presents!
