Life at Challenger – First 6 months of 2022!

We started 2022 with a bang at Challenger with the continued development of our new CRM system – an ongoing project over 6 months in the making. We launched the new system at the end of March ready for Q2 and have been hard at work learning and adapting to it since. This new CRM will enable us to be more efficient and focus on our customers even more, thanks to smarter processes and the amalgamation of several systems into one.
This year we have also been welcoming and integrating new customers that were previously looked after by Synergy Business Consultants, who were acquired by Challenger in late 2021. It’s great to have you all on board, and we hope you’re feeling the benefits of our 1-on-1 account-managed services.
We launched our new trade-in offering during Q1, in partnership with Exertis, giving our customers and site visitors an easy-to-use portal to recycle their old and unwanted devices. We are proud to add to our sustainability efforts with this new eco-friendly offering. You can check it out here!
Our baby trees are doing great down at Challenger Wood and we have purchased some lovely wooden signs to complete the look. Fingers crossed for some blossom down there this time next year!
Since returning to the office in 2021 after extended home-working, we have continued to work on a hybrid basis where appropriate and will be for the foreseeable. It’s working really well with staff enjoying the flexibility and better work/life balance while also being able to come in and see colleagues on a weekly basis.
We were also pleased to be awarded ‘Inspire’ status as part of our direct partnership with O2 – more on this soon and we look forward to working even more closely with them in H2!
