On 23rd April, O2 announced the champions of their Customer Excellence Awards 2020 and Challenger are proud to share that we are amongst the winners!
This award recognises Challenger’s capability to provide first-class customer service consistently, and is backed up by real customer feedback. Our Customer Support team are well-versed in everything from product set-up and training, troubleshooting and knowledge of all the latest features, which we think has aided our success in winning this award.
This is the fifth time we have won the award, and are glad that our customers are feeling the benefits of working with us and are willing to openly share their satisfaction via the O2 surveys.
