Challenger Welcomes New Operations Manager

Here at Challenger we are starting the New Year with an exciting announcement, we are thrilled to reveal the expansion of our Senior Management team with the appointment of Tony Buckley, who has joined the company as Operations Manager.

Tony has over eighteen years’ experience within business systems, sales and the customer service industry and will lead the Challenger team to give existing clients an even better account management experience, by conducting training and motivating staff members to deliver a high level of service.

Tony will also work specifically on streamlining Challenger’s Business Development team by setting clear KPIs and bringing new customers to the business in order to guarantee growth.
