To ensure we can continue to provide our customers with market-leading products, at times we do have to follow our suppliers’ increases. The below services are due to have a price increase to effect from 1st April 2024:
Analogue PSTN & IDSN Services
- PSTN Line Rental +15% per line, per month
- ISDN Line Rental +15% per channel, per month
- ISDN DDI +£0.05 per DDI, per month
- PSTN/ISDN Ancillary Services +£0.50 per service, per month
SIP
- EVE, Gamma & VoiceFlex SIP Trunks +10% per SIP Channel, per month
VoIP System License
- Wildix VoIP License +10% per License, per month
- 8×8 VoIP License +10% per License, per month
- Vanilla IP VoIP License +10% per License, per month
- TelcoSwitch VoIP License +10% per License, per month
- Flow VoIP License +10% per License, per month
Broadband
- ADSL2+ Broadband +15% per service, per month
- FTTC Broadband +15% per service, per month
- GFAST Broadband +15% per service, per month
- SMPF Broadband +15% per service, per month
- MPF Broadband +15% per service, per month
- Fibre Ethernet/Leased Line Broadband +10% per service, per month
- Enhanced Care +15% per service, per month
- Premium Care +15% per service, per month
Challenger Billed Mobile
- O2 +7.9% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons
- Vodafone +7.9% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons
Challenger Billed M2M SIM Cards
- Multinet UK4Net +15% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons
- eSIM Multinet +15% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons
- All other M2M SIMs +15% Increase covering all monthly service charges including tariff line rentals and bolt-ons
Please note any discounts you currently may receive will remain in place at the current rate.

We have confirmed that there will be no price increases for our next-generation broadband SOGEA & FTTP products, so now is the perfect time to take advantage of these offerings.
