Iceland were looking for a supplier for their business mobile contracts for Head Office employees and Store Managers. They wanted a supplier that would work with them and make their life easier.

The Objective

Iceland were in need of a more effective service that provided internet backup for when the broadband went down in store.

The Solution

Challenger now provide Iceland with M2M SIMs that are being used in routers in stores all over the country. These routers took 2 SIM cards previously on 2 different networks for resilience. However, with Challenger’s new provision of a market-leading, multi-network data SIM, this not only offers Iceland a better level of service with the SIMs working on the 4 major networks in the UK, but also a lower monthly cost.
