Welcome to our exciting update!

Challenger have been connecting to the O2 network for over 20 years and have been in the Partner Program since 2009. In November 2020 we gave 12 months’ notice to O2 to leave the Partner Program. This means that we will become a fully independent dealer enabling us to have much more control over setting up and managing customer accounts.

We are really excited about the opportunities now open to us and what it means for our customers going forward. From December 2021 we will be a fully independent business communications company with market-leading flexibility and a broader spectrum of products than ever before.

During this transition period our customers will not be affected. We will continue to manage accounts in the normal manner and there will be no disruption to business.

However, when it comes to connecting additional numbers or upgrading accounts, we will have the ability to offer bespoke and flexible plans and packages to suit every business need.

Our Account Managers and Business Development Managers will have more tools and options available to them than ever before, ensuring that when preparing proposals they can provide all customers with the best possible service.
